Petoskey Audubon Picnic and Annual Meeting June 9, 2026

We hope you will join us on Tuesday, June 9, at 6:00 p.m. for our Annual Picnic and Annual Meeting and to help Petoskey Regional Audubon Society celebrate 60 years!! There will be cake! Evelyn Hall is located next to the Bay View Administration Building, with lots of parking.

Open to all PRAS members, friends, family and the general public. Bring a dish to share, your own table service and non-alcoholic beverages. Please take a moment and click here to RSVP here by June 5 so we know how many will attend. This will help ensure we have enough chairs and tables for everyone.

Charles and Tracy Datlen will be setting up tables beginning at 5 p.m. We would love some extra help for set-up as well as tear down. We will plan to enjoy the wonderful food starting at 6 p.m.

There will be a brief Annual Meeting at 6:45 p.m. to review our work over the past year as well as elect officers. In accordance with our By-laws, Board of Directors shall be elected biennially (in even numbered years) by the membership at the annual meeting in June. All of the current Board of Directors are willing to continue for another term (for love of the organization), with Cynthia and Sue swapping roles.

After the picnic and our Annual Meeting, we’ll go birding in the Bay View Woods. If you don’t feel like a walk in the woods, you are welcome to sit on the porch of Evelyn Hall or stroll the grounds.
