Postle Farm Preserve Bird Walk

Join Walloon Lake Association and Conservany and the Petoskey Regional Audubon Society for a morning guided birding hike at Postle Farm Preserve on August 25, 2026. Explore the preserve with experienced birders as we identify local species by sight and sound and learn about habitat use in the watershed. This early outing is a great opportunity to build birding skills while enjoying a quiet morning on the trail. This event is free and open to the public. About the preserve and trail: The 1.7-mile loop begins in an open field with a mowed trail. From there we will follow the maintained trail into down a wooded hillside. The trail meanders through woodland and open spaces before going back uphill.
